We want to thank you for booking a tour of Egypt with us or visiting the Egypt Tours Club website. We are proud to serve you. We operate with clear payment methods, cancellation policies, and business conditions based on formal transactions, and we always strive to offer flexible options to suit your needs. These terms and conditions govern this agreement. By booking any day tour or tour package, you agree to the terms below, so please read them carefully.
Secure Payment
To ensure fully secure payment, we provide online payments through the following options:
PayPal
Bank card payments (Visa & Mastercard – Credit / Debit Cards)
Withdrawing / Bank transfer (upon request)
We can accept deposit payments, partial payments, or full payments, depending on your preference and the tour requirements.
✅ Flexible Deposit:
The deposit amount can be arranged according to your needs, depending on availability and the services included (hotels, cruise, domestic flights, etc.).
✅ Installment Plan (4 Payments – 25% Each):
If you book your day tour / tour package in advance, we can arrange 4 payments, each 25% of the total amount.
For tour packages, the total amount must be fully paid at least 1 month before arrival.
Amendment of the Booking
While booking your tour or tour package with us, you may easily add, remove, customize, or adjust the itinerary to fit your needs. Simply contact one of our operators, and our team will be happy to assist according to availability and rates, providing you with the best possible options.
Payment Policy
We recommend booking your tour/package as early as possible to secure the best availability and rates. Once your booking is confirmed and the deposit is paid, your tour or tour package will be confirmed and guaranteed to operate. The deposit is part of your final total amount.
Day Tours Payment
Overland Day Tours (No Hotels / No Domestic Flights)
Overland tours do not require hotel reservations.
If domestic flights are not included, a deposit may not be required unless stated.
The remaining amount is collected by the guide.
You may pay in cash (EGP / USD / EUR).
You may also pay by Visa/Mastercard or via a secured online payment link.
You may pay in any preferred currency.
Day Tours Including Domestic Flight Tickets
For day tours that require domestic flight tickets, the deposit is 50% of the total amount.
The remaining amount is collected by the guide.
You may pay in cash (EGP / USD / EUR).
You may also pay by Visa/Mastercard or via a secured online payment link.
Tour Packages Payment
For tour packages, a deposit is required to confirm and secure services.
Payment can be arranged as:
Deposit + balance, or
Partial payments, or
4 installments (25% each) if booked in advance
For tour packages using the 4-payment plan, the total must be fully paid at least 1 month before arrival.
Remaining payments (if not paid online) can be paid in cash (EGP / USD / EUR).
You may also pay by Visa/Mastercard or via a secured online payment link.
Note
Please try to book as early as possible to guarantee availability. Once we receive your booking request and deposit, it becomes our responsibility to operate your tour/tour package as confirmed.

Regular Egypt Tours Club Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent by email and must include the booking confirmation number.
Overland Day Tours (No Hotel / No Domestic Flights)
Free cancellation: 9+ days before departure
8–7 days: 25% deduction
6–5 days: 50% deduction
4–3 days: 75% deduction
2–1 day: 100% deduction
Day Tours With Domestic Flight Tickets
Free cancellation: 40–30 days
29–25 days: 25% deduction
24–17 days: 50% deduction
16–14 days: 75% deduction
13–1 day: 100% deduction
Tour Packages
Free cancellation: 60–50 days
49–35 days: 25% deduction
34–30 days: 50% deduction
29–20 days: 75% deduction
19–1 day: 100% deduction
Christmas and New Year Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: 90–60 days
59–45 days: 25% deduction
44–35 days: 50% deduction
34–30 days: 75% deduction
29–1 day: 100% deduction
Postponing Your Tour
If you need to change your tour date, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Once a new date is confirmed by mutual agreement, the booking may become non-refundable if you later choose to cancel (depending on supplier policies and the new agreement).
